Volunteer Opportunities for the Season

We’re excited to kick off another great year, and we need 320–350 volunteers to support our students throughout the season!

What’s New This Year

Our volunteer sign‑ups look a little different. All links for football games and competitions (except our home competition) are being shared at once. We will not post new weekly sign‑ups unless additional help is still needed.

Performance & Competition Timing

Performance times for football games and competitions will be announced closer to each date. By signing up now, you’re simply committing to being available — we’ll share exact timing as soon as we receive it.

Concession Stand Volunteers

Concession stand sign‑ups include specific time slots. Please review them carefully when choosing your shift.

Want to Help but the Spots Are Full?

If a date you’re interested in is already full, please reach out! We’re always happy to welcome extra hands, and we don’t want anyone to miss the chance to participate.

🎶 OUR HOME COMPETITION - Oct 31st

• Our biggest volunteer day of the season. We’ll need around 80–100 volunteers!
• Happening in the AM and early afternoon.
• Watch Band App for Sign-ups closer to the date.
• Please mark your calendars. We’ll need at least one parent helping from every family!

• If you sign up for football concessions, you’re needed the entire time. You can not leave during your time to help push equipment on and off the field.
• If you volunteer at competitions, you’ll get in for free (except maybe champs.)
• BAND APP! Turn on notifications! We’ll be updating times and locations as the weeks go on and we’ll notify via Band App.
