Lottery Calendar Fundraiser 9/2/2026 - 9/24/2026

How it works:

• Students sell lottery calendars for $20. Each lottery calendar provides chances to win during the months of October and November.
• If a supporter’s number matches the PA Lottery’s Evening Pick 3 numbers, they win the prize money shown for that day.
• Supporters and sellers do not need to notify anyone when someone has won. The Promoters will monitor and mail checks to the winners!
• Students will receive $10 credit to their student accounts for every calendar sold!

How to participate:

• Parents/guardians request calendars by submitting a response to this google form: https://tinyurl.com/WMPLotteryCalendar
• Parents/guardians show up at the selected time to pick up the requested calendars.
• Fill out each calendar stub with the supporter’s and student’s information. This information is needed so that winners can receive their prize money and your student can earn credit! 
• Tear off the stub and collect the payment.
• The supporter gets to keep the calendar portion.
• Return the sold calendar stubs with all money due to your school’s redbox by 9/24.
  • Cash and/or checks accepted. Checks should be made payable to Wilson Music Promoters
• Return any unsold calendars to your school’s redbox by 9/24.
• If you need more calendars, simply submit another request! Additional pickup dates will be added as needed.
